- Print Reference sources such as almanacs and atlases
- the History of the Internet and the World Wide Web
- OCLN: Abington
Public Library is part of the Old Colony Library Network. Learn
how to search the online catalog and reference databases.
- Tim Berners-Lee, Bill Gates, Jerry Yang: who are they and why are they important?
- what are subject directories and search engines and when should you use them?
- online searching
techniques to make your searches more efficient: boolean
operators, phrase searching and truncation
