My name is James White. I have lived in Abington since 2000. I was a student-athlete at Abington High School, graduating in 2013. I ran cross country in the fall, played basketball in the winter, and did track and field in the spring.

I have helped coach youth sports for the town, including basketball, football, and baseball. I enjoy traveling and playing basketball with friends. I am a diehard New England sports fan.

I attended Massasoit Community College where I received my Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. I transferred to Bridgewater State University, where I also studied Criminal Justice. I was accepted into the New Braintree State Police Municipal Academy and graduated in September of 2018. I joined the Abington Police Department full time in September 2018.
