SPRING FAMILY EVENT!
We are excited to invite parents/caregivers to join their child on Wednesday April 16, 2025 to meet Mat Man and participate in a special spring activity!
Morning Session: parents/guardians are welcome at 10:15 AM
Afternoon Session: parents/guardians are welcome at 1:30 PM
If your child does not attend school on Wednesdays, you are encouraged to bring them at their session time listed above to join in the fun! We are unable to offer babysitting during this special event and ask that parents/guardians make every effort to make other arrangements for siblings during this time.
PARKING LOT PROTOCOL THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IS OUR TOP PRIORITY AT AEEP. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES LISTED BELOW: 1. PARK ONLYIN DESIGNATED SPACES. THERE ARE MULTIPLE SPOTS ALONG THE FENCE DESIGNATED FOR PRESCHOOL DROP OFF AND PICK UP. IF THOSE ARE FULL PARK IN ANOTHER SPACE IN THE PARKING LOT 2. DO NOT PARK IN ANY OF THE THOROUGHFARES. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD - CARS ARE NOT ABLE TO SAFELY NAVIGATE THE PARKING LOT WITH ROADWAY BLOCKED. 3. USE THE SIDEWALK AND CROSSWALK TO WALK YOUR CHILD TO AND FROM THE BUILDING. 4. HOLD YOU CHILD’S HAND WHEN WALKING TO AND FROM BUILDING. IF YOU HAVE OTHER CHILDREN WITH YOU, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HOLD THEIR HAND, AS WELL!
