Transcript Request Form

Abington High School Guidance

**Transcript processing time is 1-2 weeks minimum during the busiest times of year (August/September, May/June, etc).

**Kindly do not duplicate requests; this will delay processing.

Please plan accordingly if you might require a transcript for a job or college application following the last day of school, as counselors do not work in the summer and office staff is limited.

*Please note: every request for a transcript must be submitted by filling out the transcript request form.

*FOR ADMISSION TO SCHOOLS/COLLEGES:  Transcripts requested for admission/transfer to a school are only considered official if they are sent to the school from Guidance directly.  If an applicant provides the transcript, it will be rejected.

To avoid delays, put the email address of the Admissions Office of the school on your form.  We will copy you on the email to them so that you know when it was sent.
