Grade 8 Washington, D.C. Trip 2026 Information - Updated 1/16/2026

8th Grade Washington DC Trip-

Passengers (parents/students) can log in at any time to make a payment with the email address used to register for the trip.

  1. Sign in to wetravel.com and pay your balance there. Click on "My Trips".  Then click on "Manage Booking"

  2. Then click on "Make a payment" on the right or left side of the screen.

  3. A pop-up appears where you can pay your next or all the remaining installments. 

  4. Select a saved payment method or enter a new one and click "Confirm Payment"

  5. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the reset password button.

Payment Schedule-

1st payment, due Nov 15th ($250.00)
2nd payment, due Jan 15th ($250.00)
3rd payment, due Mar 15th ($250.00)
Final payment, due Apr 15th ($195.00) – If you have a credit from the Mickman Wreath Sales that will be reflected in your last payment.

Dear Grade 8 Families,

We're excited to share that the School Committee approved our Grade 8 field trip to Washington DC at their September 30th meeting! Building on last year's successful experience, we look forward to providing another memorable educational opportunity for our students.

Trip Details:

  • Cost: $945 per student ( about the same as last year's trip)

  • When: June 4-6, 2026

Parent Information Night

  • Date: Tuesday, October 7th

  • Time: 6:00 PM

  • Location: AMS Cafeteria

Student Meeting

  • Date: Thursday, October 9th

  • Time: During advisory period
