Enter the drawing for a chance to have your name printed on a real street sign and displayed outside the school for the whole year.

The sign is then yours to keep when it comes down!

1. Only one form per student needs to be returned.

2. Please include cash, or check made payable to: Abington Middle School PTO no later than Friday, October 16th

3. Entries are $5 each and a student may be entered up to 10 times.

4. The winner’s name will be drawn and announced at our October 19th PTO meeting! Thank you for participating in this fun event!
