Dear Abington Middle School Families,

We hope you've had a wonderful summer break and are ready to embark on another incredible school year with us. We are excited to welcome everyone back for the 2025-2026 academic year!

Throughout the summer months, our hardworking maintenance and custodial team, educators, and support personnel have been busy getting our classrooms and facilities ready for your children's arrival. We're eagerly anticipating seeing all our students on Wednesday, August 28th as we kick off the new school year. Please remember that classes will not be held on Friday, August 29th.

We're particularly excited to welcome our newest students and team members who are joining the Abington Middle School family!

As we prepare for the year ahead, we cordially invite you to attend our open house event on Monday, August 25, 2025, from 4:30-6:30 PM. This is a drop in open house for all students and families in grades 5-8. We're looking forward to a great year ahead, filled with academic achievement, personal development, and strong community connections.

See you soon!

Mr. MacCurtain, Principal
