Professional Development (PD) days and the work in which certified and support staff will be engaged is guided by the APS Strategic Plan and Vision of the Graduate as well as emergent needs of our student population. The content of specific professional development days is determined by district and building leadership in collaboration with certified and support staff in each building to create a plan that fosters collaboration and innovative thinking.
